医养结合模式在社区老年慢性病患者管理中的应用效果分析

The Applicated Effective Analysis of the Mode of Combining Medical Resources with Senile Chronic Diseases Patients in Community

目的:探讨医养结合模式在社区老年慢性病患者管理中的应用效果。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月,选取上海市浦东新区张江社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性病患者180例作为研究对象,按照随机对照法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组采用常规管理方法,观察组采用医养结合模式的管理方法,干预6个月后比较两组患者的干预效果。结果:干预6个月后,观察组患者的医疗服务满意度、生活质量评分、病情管理评分均较对照组显著提高。结论:医养结合模式可以有效提高社区老年慢性病患者的管理效果,能够改善患者的生活质量,从而提高患者对医疗服务的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the mode of combining medical resources with senile chronic diseases patients in community.METHODS From January 2020 to December 2021,180 cases of senile chronic diseases patients in Zhangjiang Com⁃munity Health Service Center of Pudong New Area were divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90).The pa⁃tients in the control group received routine therapy,while in the observation group received the mode of combining medical resourc⁃es.After 6 months,the effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.RESULTS The satisfaction of observation group was higher than in the control group.The disease management scores of observation group was better than in control group.The life quality scores of observation group were higher than in control group.CONCLUSION The mode of combining medical resources with senile chronic diseases patients in community can improve life quality and management effect,enhance satisfaction.
