格林模式健康干预对孕前高体重指数孕妇产后体重滞留的影响

Green Model Health Intervention on Postnatal Weight Retention in Pregnant Women with High Pregnancy BMI

目的:探索格林模式健康干预对孕前高BMI孕妇产后体重滞留的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年6月在上海市浦东新区上钢社区卫生服务中心进行早孕建册、孕前BMI≥24 kg/m2的150名孕妇为研究对象,采取便利抽样法将其分为干预组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组孕妇接受常规健康管理,干预组孕妇接受孕期及产后12个月的基于格林模式的健康管理。分别于产后42天、6个月、12个月对比两组产妇的干预效果。结果:干预组孕妇孕期平均增重(10.2±1.8)kg、产前空腹血糖平均为(5.3±0.4)mmol/L,对照组孕妇孕期平均增重(13.4±2.0)kg、产前空腹血糖平均为(5.9±0.7)mmol/L,两组孕妇孕期平均增重、产前空腹血糖比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为9.898和5.227,P值均<0.01)。干预组孕妇产后42天、6个月、12个月体重滞留分别为(5.3±1.6)kg、(1.7±2.3)kg和(-1.6±3.2)kg,对照组孕妇分别为(7.0±2.0)kg、(3.1±1.2)kg和(-0.2±2.5)kg,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为5.692、4.306和2.793,P值均<0.01)。结论:格林模式健康干预对降低女性产后体重滞留、促进产后恢复有较满意的管理效果,适合在基层医疗机构推广。

OBJECTIVE Explore the impact of the Green Model health intervention on postpartum weight retention in pregnancy high BMI women.METHODS A total of 150 pregnant women with pregnancy BMI≥24 kg/m2 who underwent early pregnancy registration in Shanggang Community Health Service Center,Pudong New Area,Shanghai from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study ob⁃jects,and were divided into intervention group(n=75)and control group(n=75)by random number table method.The control group re⁃ceived routine health management,and the intervention group received health management based on Green’s model during pregnancy and 12 months after delivery.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared at 42 days,6 months and 12 months after delivery.RE⁃SULTS The average weight gain during pregnancy in the intervention group was(10.2±1.8)kg and the average prenatal fasting blood glu⁃cose was(5.3±0.4)mmol/L,while the average prenatal weight gain during pregnancy in the control group was(13.4±2.0)kg and the average prenatal fasting blood glucose was(5.9±0.7)mmol/L.The differences were statistically significant(t=9.898,5.227,P<0.01).Body weight re⁃tention at 42 days,6 months and 12 months in the intervention group was(5.3±1.6)kg,(1.7±2.3)kg and(-1.6±3.2)kg,respectively,while that in the control group was(7.0±2.0)kg,(3.1±1.2)kg and(-0.2±2.5)kg,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(t=5.692,4.306,2.793,respectively,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Green model health intervention has satisfactory management effect on reduc⁃ing postpartum weight retention and promoting postpartum recovery,which is suitable for promotion in primary medical institutions.
