高职院校要高质量发展,就要坚持固本培元、守正创新,着力固根基、补短板、强弱项、扬优势,通过强基树标、提质培优、增值赋能等发展路径。沈阳职业技术学院实施办学条件达标工程、职业教育评价改革、创建职业技术大学等推进策略,努力构建“三融共通、四链融合”的职业教育新生态办学模式,顺利实现了目标。

To achieve high-quality development,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the foundation,follow fundamental principles and break new ground,and reinforce the weaknesses,while fortifying the strengths and advantages.Through the development paths of strengthening the foundation,improving the quality,and value-added empowerment,Shenyang Polytechnic College has carried out the promotion strategies of school running condition standard project,vocational education evaluation reform,and the establishment of vocational and technical university,built a new ecological school running mode of vocational education of"three-connection convergence,and four-chain integration",and achieved the goal.
