Higher vocational education undertakes the task of cultivating high-quality and technical talents with craftsmanship spirit,but the traditional teaching methods are no longer competent for this task.The outcomes-based concept values the cultivation of students'innovative ability and practical ability,so that students can master the job knowledge,apply the job skills,and are equipped with job ethics and professional quality.
