基于志愿服务的思政实践育人新路径研究——以沈阳职业技术学院为例

沈阳职业技术学院在多年的探索创新和实践中,创造性地提出了“三全五维三纲九目”素质教育育人模式。其中,将志愿服务平台作为思想道德素质实践育人的载体,学院致力于打造全员志愿服务之校,将志愿服务纳入人才培养方案,实行星级认证制度,规范志愿服务学分评定工作,实现志愿服务工作制度规范化、组织建设网格化[1]、注册管理信息化、活动流程系统化、服务内容项目化和活动载体品牌化,校准学生价值理念判断的同时,不断提升学生的综合素质,为培养全面发展的人才拓宽了思路。

Through years of exploration,innovation and practice,Shenyang Polytechnic College has creatively put forward the quality education mode.The voluntary service platform is the carrier of ideological and moral quality practice education.The college is committed to building a school of all-staff voluntary service,integrating voluntary service into the talent training program,implementing the star rating certification system,standardizing the credit assessment of voluntary service,and realizing the standardization of the work system of voluntary service,the grid of organization construction,the information-based registration management,the systematization of activity process,the project of service content,and the branding of activity carriers.While calibrating the students'value concept judgment,we constantly improve their comprehensive quality,which broadens the thought for training the all-round development of people.
