With the application of the intelligent double-track trolley conveyor system in the pretreatment electrophoresis line of a passenger car surface treatment workshop as an example,the product and process parameters are introduced,the line layout is studied and the process interval is calculated,and the working principle and structural characteristics of each component of the system are explained.The double-track trolley conveying system is an automatic conveying system integrating machinery and electrical devices as well as computers,which has the characteristics of large carrying capacity,good stability,wide application range of process interval and high degree of automation.
