摘要
某大型矿石堆场斗轮机基础钢轨在运营期间发生多处断裂,需查明该有碴轨道起重机钢轨断裂产生的原因,以便采取针对性的技术修复措施。文中通过现场调研及工程经验类比法,从观察钢轨断口分布特征及规律、查阅钢轨焊接施工记录、斗轮机装卸设备的安装参数、斗轮机装卸设备的操作记录及调研钢轨断裂点下轨枕道碴质量等方面入手,分析了有碴轨道起重机钢轨断裂产生的原因。分析结果表明:除了常见的钢轨焊接工艺质量是钢轨断裂破坏的原因之外,斗轮机装卸设备的安装精度、钢轨下轨枕道碴质量及其压实度控制也是起重机钢轨断裂破坏的原因。结合有碴轨道起重机钢轨断裂产生的原因,通过缩小轨枕间距、调整焊接工艺参数、严格控制道碴质量等技术措施,减少了运营中的啃轨现象,延长了起重机钢轨使用寿命,保证斗轮堆取料机装卸设备正常运营使用。
The foundation steel rail of bucket wheel machine in a large ore storage yard was broken in many places during operation,and the causes need to be found out to take repair measures.In this paper,through field investigation and engineering experience analogy,the causes of rail fracture are analyzed from the aspects of observing the distribution characteristics and laws of rail fracture,consulting rail welding construction records,installation parameters of loading and unloading equipment of bucket wheel machine,operation records of loading and unloading equipment of bucket wheel machine,and investigating the quality of sleeper ballast under rail fracture point.The results show that in addition to the rail fracture caused by the quality of rail welding process in common cases,the installation accuracy of the loading and unloading equipment of the bucket wheel machine,the quality of ballast on the sleeper under the rail and its compaction control can also lead to the rail fracture of the crane.According to the causes of rail fracture of ballasted track crane,technical measures such as reducing sleeper spacing,adjusting welding process parameters and strictly controlling ballast quality were taken to reduce rail gnawing in operation,prolong the service life of crane rail and ensure the normal operation of loading and unloading equipment of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.
