基于场景舒适物组合的居住街区社群偏好研究——以白马凼街区为例

Community Preference Research of Residential Block Based on Scene Amenity Group:A Case Study of Baimadang Block

该文基于场景理论在舒适物组合方面的研究,以白马凼街区及其活动社群为研究对象,对社群类型、舒适物系统进行建构,并对社群活动状况与舒适物偏好进行调查。运用聚类分析与均值比较揭示不同类型社群对于舒适物组合的偏好规律。从而得出:①亲子娱乐型与组织娱乐型对组合内容的高诉求,及其分别对场景的复合性、延续性的重视;②社交休闲型相较于日常休闲型更偏向于运动娱乐类舒适物,即该类舒适物有利于场景中产生更多的社会性并促进街区年龄结构的更新。最后以此为依据提出居住街区多元化、自主化、弹性化的场景营造方式。

In this paper,the study of amenity group based on the scene theory,the Baimadang Block and its activity communities were studied to construct the community type and amenity system,and investigate the situation of community activities and amenity preferences.Cluster analysis and mean comparison were used to reveal the preference rules of different types of community for amenity group.The results are as follows:①Parent-child entertainment type and organizational entertainment type have high demands for group content,and attach importance to the complexity and continuity of scenes respectively.②Compared with daily leisure type,social leisure type is more inclined to sports and entertainment amenities,that is,such amenities are conducive to generating more sociality in the scene and promoting the updating of the age structure of the block.Finally,based on this,we put forward the diversified,independent and flexible scene construction methods of residential blocks.
