基于多元主体的城市更新实施模式比较及优化策略探析

Optimization Strategy and Urban Renewal Implementation Mode Comparison Based on Multiple Subjects

随着我国城镇化进入后半程,各大城市陆续开展城市更新实践并形成独具特色的城市更新实施模式,积累了丰富经验的同时也暴露出诸多短板,城市更新实施问题在理论与实践探索两方面已成为我国城市更新研究重点。因此,该文以北京、深圳、台湾地区等地区城市更新实践为例,基于多元主体视角剖析城市更新实施内涵和要素构成,对我国城市更新实施模式进行分类比较,评析不同更新实施模式的得失,并借鉴性提出城市更新实施优化策略,从而为推进城市更新战略和因地制宜实施更新提供参考。

With the urbanization entering the second half of the process,cities are gradually carrying out the practice of urban renewal and forming a unique urban renewal implementation mode,which has accumulated rich experience and exposed many shortcomings.The problems of urban renewal implementation have become the focus of the research of urban renewal in two aspects of theoretical and practical exploration.Therefore,taking urban renewal practices in Beijing,Shenzhen,Taiwan and other areas as examples,we analyze the connotation and elements of urban renewal implementation from the perspective of multiple subjects,then we classify and compare the implementation modes of urban renewal in China,and evaluate the gains and losses of different implementation modes,finally we put forward the implementation optimization strategies of urban renewal by reference.So it can provide reference for promoting urban renewal strategy and implementing renewal according to local conditions.
