随着电力市场改革的不断深入,电费计算方式越来越多样化、复杂化,对电网企业的电力营销能力、计算效率等提出了更高的要求。交易用户复核是电力营销中的重要环节之一,目前电力营销系统无法对交易用户的业扩工单内容准确性进行监控。文章提出了基于交易用户的智能复核辅助工具,该工具可通过分析、整理市场化交易中用户电量和电费异常原因,应用大数据智能匹配筛查异常数据,从而辅助完成交易用户业扩工单的核查清理、表码核查、档案核查等,进而提高复核效率,并降低人工成本及误差。

With the continuous deepening of electricity market reform,the calculation methods of electricity bills are becoming increasingly diverse and complex,which puts forward higher requirements for the power marketing ability and calculation efficiency of power grid enterprises.Transaction user review is one of the important links in power marketing,and currently,the power marketing system cannot monitor the accuracy of the business expansion work order content of transaction users.This article proposes an intelligent review auxiliary tool based on transaction users.This tool can analyze and organize the reasons for abnormal user electricity and electricity bills in market-oriented transactions,apply big data intelligent matching to screen abnormal data,and assist in completing the verification and cleaning of work orders,table code verification,file verification,etc,for transaction users,thereby improving review efficiency and reducing labor costs and errors.
