The article takes highway construction projects as an example and applies GIS geographic information technology to explore the ecological design methods of soil and water conservation in highway construction.Among them,the entire process is divided into design stage,construction stage,and operation and management stage.By constructing biological environmental engineering,adopting land reclamation technology,and meticulously restoring road landscapes,the goal of ecological design is achieved.
