人参是一种补益类中药,能补充人体物质亏损,增强机体功能,以经典名方及中药复方制剂的形式被广泛应用于临床。经典名方临床应用疗效确切,在此基础上进行制剂的研制需要对药材及工艺进行严格的质量控制。文中归纳总结了近年来相关文献中人参及其制剂的质量控制方法,如药材基原鉴定、色谱法、核磁共振技术等,为人参相关中药经典名方及中药复方制剂的质量评价提供参考。

Renshen(Panax ginseng)is a kind of tonic Chinese medicine,which can supplement the loss of human body material and enhance the function.It is widely used in clinical practice in the form of classical prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations.The clinical application of classic prescriptions has a definite curative effect and the development of preparations based on classic prescriptions requires strict quality control of medicinal materials and processes.The paper summarizes the quality control methods of Renshen and the preparations in recent literature,such as identification of medicinal material primogen,chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance technology,etc.,so as to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Renshen-related classic prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations.
