With the advancement of digital transformation,energy enterprises have produced a large number of digital assets,such as data,software,networks,etc.These digital assets have a signif icant impact on the value and competitiveness of enterprises,and require quantitative evaluation and management.By analyzing the digital transformation of oil enterprises,this paper constructs a quantitative index system of digital assets,and puts forward digital asset management strategies and security risk management methods.Reasonable evaluation and effective management of digital assets can enhance the operational performance and risk prevention capabilities of petroleum enterprises,providing important support for achieving sustainable development.
