进入21世纪,随着国家经济快速的发展,企业运营面临的风险及复杂程度日益增加,促进企业的管理模式必须及时转型创新,才能支持企业战略、经营决策、防范运营风险。河南省中原大化集团有限责任公司(简称“中原大化公司”)作为集团型化工企业依托数字化信息技术,以业财处理流程为构建底层基础,优化组织结构、规范业务流程、提升运营效率、降低运营成本、强化决策支持、创造数据价值为目的,进行信息化建设,构建全面预算管理体系,将生产、经营管理信息以信息化手段表现出来,实现业财信息共享协同,为企业各业务环节提供科学决策支持,实现企业价值最大化。
Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the risks and complexity of enterprise operation are increasing day by day.To promote the management mode of enterprises,it is necessary to transform and innovate in time in order to support enterprise strategy,business decision-making and prevent operational risks.Zhongyuan Dahua Group Company Ltd.Henan(hereinafter referred to as Zhongyuan Dahua Group)as a group chemical enterprise,relies on digital information technology,based on the f inancial business process,optimizes the organizational structure,standardizes business processes,improves operational eff iciency,reduces operating costs,strengthens decision support and creates enterprise value,carries out informatization construction,builds a comprehensive budget management system,displays production and management information by means of informatization,realizes the sharing of industrial and f inancial information,and provides business decision support for all business links of the enterprise to maximize enterprise value.
