有机废气处理工艺的探讨及处理效果

在当前新时代背景下,中国工业发展水平不断提升,同时其生产中产生的工业废气也随之增长。工业有机废气成分复杂,如果未经过有效处理直接进行排放会严重危害自然生态环境。由此可见,开展有机废气处理工艺研究并且对处理结果进行客观评价已然成为当代相关行业工作者研究的重点。文章针对当前应用较为广泛的冷凝回收处理工艺,首先简要对挥发性有机废气进行概述,随后利用定量分析法对其处理效果进行测定。由测定结果可得出结论,冷凝回收工艺具备较强应用成效,其可以有效实现高有机物含量废气处理目标,同时具备较强经济性优势。

Under the background of the current new era,the level of industrial development in China is constantly improving,and the industrial waste gas generated in its production is also increasing.The composition of industrial organic waste gas is complex,and if it is not effectively treated,it will seriously harm the natural ecological environment.It can be seen that the research of organic waste gas treatment process and the objective evaluation of treatment results have become the focus of research of contemporary related industry workers.This paper analyzes the condensation recovery treatment process that is widely used at present,f irst briefly summarizes the volatile organic waste gas,and then uses quantitative analysis to determine its treatment effects.From the actual results,it can be concluded that the condensation recovery process has strong application results,which can effectively achieve the goal of high organic content waste gas treatment,and has strong economic advantages.
