摘要
烟草靶斑病是烟草生产的一种重要病害,为明确不同药剂对烟草靶斑病的田间防治效果,采用随机区组设计进行田间防效试验,研究了11种杀菌剂对烟草靶斑病的田间防效和对烟草农艺性状的影响。结果表明,所试杀菌剂均能有效降低烟草靶斑病发病率,田间防效均为69.00%~80.00%,其中生物杀菌剂0.3%四霉素AS和3%中生菌素WDG防治效果较好,其防治效果分别为86.37%和83.70%;化学杀菌剂中防效较好的是200 g/L氟酰羟·苯甲唑SC和75%肟菌戊唑醇EDG,防治效果分别为80.93%和80.36%。且0.3%四霉素AS和200 g/L氟酰羟·苯甲唑SC对烟草株高与叶长相比其他处理组最显著,其中0.3%四霉素AS可以明显促进烟草植株生长,与对照比其株高增加了12.86%。
In order to clarify the field control effect of differe on tobacco target spot,a randomized block design was used to conduct field control trials,and the field control effect of 11 fungicides on tobacco target spot disease and the effect on tobacco agronomic traits were studied.The results showed that all the tested fungicides could reduce the incidence of tobacco target spot effectively,and the field control efficacy was between 69%~80%,among which the biological fungicide 0.3%tetramycin AS and 3%Zhongshengmycin WDG in the biological fungicide had better control effect,and the control efficiency were 86.37%and 83.70%;Among the chemical fungicides,the better control effects were 200 g/L pydiflumetofen·difenoconazole SC and 75%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole EDG,the control effects were 80.93%and 80.36%,respectively.0.3%tetramycin AS and 200 g/L pydiflumetofen·difenoconazole SC were the most significant for tobacco plant height and leaf length,among which 0.3%tetramycin AS could significantly promote tobacco plant height,which increased by 12.86%compared with the control group.
