围绕中小学校园常见的防雷隐患和相应整改策略进行论述。具体分析了福建省雷电特征和雷电对中小学的危害,结合多年实践经验,按照外部防雷、内部防雷、制度性问题分析了典型的防雷隐患,并就接闪带、引下线接地体的规范设计进行介绍,从强化组织领导和资金保障、建立防雷保障长效机制、加大防雷安全宣传力度方面提出了完善措施,以供参考。

Discussed the common lightning protection hazards and corresponding rectification measures in primary and secondary school campuses.Based on a specific analysis of the characteristics of lightning in Fujian Province and the harm it poses to primary and secondary schools,combined with the author’s years of practical experience,typical lightning hazards were analyzed in the order of external lightning protection,internal lightning protection,and some institutional issues.The standardized design of lightning strips and down conductors was introduced,including strengthening organizational leadership and financial support,establishing a long-term mechanism for lightning protection,and enhancing the publicity of lightning protection safety,Several measures are proposed to improve the lightning protection safety warning system for reference.
