摘要
天气灾害频发对当地经济和居民生活造成严重影响,因此寻求有效的气象防灾减灾方法至关重要。人工影响天气技术通过云种植人工降雨等方式,可以在一定程度上调节水汽时空分布,缓解干旱、预防山洪地质等灾害。探讨人工影响天气技术在中国青海省天峻县气象防灾减灾中的应用发现,人工影响天气技术在一定程度上减轻了极端天气事件的影响,为当地气象防灾减灾提供了新的思路和方法。
The frequent occurrence of weather disasters has a serious impact on the local economy and residents’lives,so it was crucial to seek effective meteorological disaster prevention and reduction methods.Artificial weather modification technology can adjust the spatiotemporal distribution of water vapor to a certain extent and alleviate disasters such as drought and mountain floods through cloud planting and artificial rainfall.This article found through practical research on Tianjun County that artificial weather modification technology has helped to alleviate the impact of extreme weather events to a certain extent,providing new ideas and methods for local meteorological disaster prevention and reduction.
