基于SolidWorks平台的机电一体化虚拟调试系统研究

摘要 数字孪生技术在制造业中应用较广泛,该技术能够通过数字模型对设计方案及控制程序进行全面的模拟与优化,避免了对实物装备的过分依赖,因此该技术在设计与制造中,尤其是在创新与高控制复杂性的自动化装备方面有着显著优势。目前,只有少数国外的软件公司在开发虚拟错误检测系统,但由于其成本高、软硬件环境相对封闭等原因,使得虚拟错误检测系统的普及受到了很大限制。为推动我国自动化装备产业中虚拟调试技术的应用与发展,基于SolidWorks平台,针对实时运动驱动、动态干涉检测、工件移载等技术难题,研制一套可实现软件与硬件2种虚拟调试方式的机电一体化虚拟调试系统。 As an important application of digital twinning technology in manufacturing industry,this technology can simulate and optimize the design scheme and control program comprehensively through digital model,avoiding excessive dependence on physical equipment.Therefore,this technology has significant advantages in design and manufacturing,especially in the area of innovation and automation equipment with high control complexity.At present,only a few foreign software companies are developing virtual shakedown testing systems.However,due to its high cost and relatively closed software and hardware environment,the popularity of virtual testing systems has been greatly limited.In order to promote application and development of virtual testing technology in China′s automation equipment industry,this project,based on the SolidWorks platform,aims at solving technical problems of real-time motion drive,dynamic interference detection,workpiece movement and other technical problems,and develops a set of electromechanical integration virtual testing system that can enable both software and hardware testing modes.
