基于无线载波通信技术的变电站汽吊作业安全距离告警系统

摘要 变电站扩建、改建、电力设备检修工作需要采取汽吊作业来完成,但是汽吊作业也存在一定安全风险,研发变电站汽吊作业安全距离告警系统能够实现对汽吊与变电站带电设备之间距离的管控,从而避免汽吊作业安全事故的发生。为此,概述无线载波通信技术,分析无线载波通信技术在变电站汽吊作业安全距离告警系统中应用的优势,设计告警系统主要模块,为告警系统的不断优化提供参考。 Expansion,retrofitting and equipment maintenance of substations entail operations needing steam cranes which are accompanied by certain safety risks.Hence a safe distance monitoring and collision warning system for steam crane operation can facilitate effective control of distance between steam crane loadings and live equipment in the substation so as to avoid safety accidents.Therefore,this paper analyzes applicative advantages of wireless carrier communication technology with respect to distance monitoring and collision warning for substation crane operations,and describes main modules′design of the proposed system.The present work may provide reference for optimizing similar warning systems.
