火电厂电气设备状态诊断中谐波诊断技术应用研究

摘要 介绍一种适用于火电厂电气设备状态诊断的谐波诊断技术,主要包括电气设备状态信号采集和预处理、谐波故障诊断系统设计两部分内容。其中,电气设备状态信号采集和预处理主要采用改进小波预制信号去噪方法,可有效提高信号采集和预处理效果;谐波故障诊断系统则基于电气设备状态信号采集和预处理,合理介绍系统基本组成结构,并重点说明高次谐波诊断数据样本、劣化诊断判定算法、设备异常及劣化判定标准三部分系统内容。为检验谐波诊断系统在火电厂电气设备状态诊断中的应用成效,将该系统应用于工程实践,最终确认该系统具有较高的诊断精准性。 This paper describes a harmonic diagnosis technology applicable to the condition diagnosis of electrical equipment in thermal plants.This technology mainly includes two parts:the acquisition and pretreatment of electrical equipment status signal,and the design of harmonic fault diagnosis system.The electrical equipment status signal acquisition and preprocessing mainly adopts the improved wavelet pre-signal denoising method,which can effectively improve the effect of signal acquisition and preprocessing.The harmonic fault diagnosis system is based on the acquisition and pre-processing of electrical equipment status signals.The basic composition and structure of the system are determined rationally.Three main parts of the system,i.e.,high harmonic diagnosis data sample,deterioration diagnosis judgment algorithm,and equipment abnormality and deterioration judgment standard,are elaborated in detail.In order to test the application effect of the harmonic diagnosis system in the condition diagnosis of electrical equipment ofthermal plants,the system was applied to engineering practice,and was proved tohave high diagnostic accuracy.
