关于公众医学素养与健康素养水平的对比研究——以2021年广东省调查数据为例

A Comparative Study on Public Medical Literacy and Health literacy Level--With Example of 2021 Survey Data of Guangdong Province

目的 分析广东省公众医学素养水平及健康素养水平差异,为提供高质量公众健康与医学知识教育、实现全民健康提供参考依据。方法 采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法,通过发放电子问卷或纸质版问卷对3000名广东省居民进行调查,采用SPSS软件对两种素养水平进行对比分析。结果 广东省居民健康素养总体水平为24.07%,公众医学素养总体水平为17.87%,同时具备两种素养的总体水平为9.43%。结论 广东省公众医学素养水平相比健康素养水平有较大差距,情况不容乐观。面向公众进行健康与医学知识普及教育,在科普方法、内容、特定对象等方面均需要深入开展研究。

Objective To analyze difference of public medical literacy and health literacy level in Guangdong,provide reference basis for high-quality public health and medical knowledge education and national health.Methods The paper surveyed 3000 residents in Guangdong with stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method based on electronic or paper questionnaires.Two literacy levels were compared and analyzed with SPSS software.Results Overall level of health literacy of residents in Guangdong was 24.07%,overall level of public medical literacy was 17.87%and overall level of both literacy was 9.43%.Conclusion There is a big gap between public medical literacy and health literacy level in Guangdong and situation is not optimistic.It is necessary to carry out in-depth research in terms of science popularization methods,content and specific objects during health and medical knowledge popularization education for the public.
