不同护理措施在下呼吸道感染应用口服抗生素治疗中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Oral Antibiotics on Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的 分析不同护理措施在下呼吸道感染应用口服抗生素治疗中的护理效果。方法 选取2020年5月-2022年5月本院下呼吸道感染患者86例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组43例。所有患者均采用口服抗生素治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性和综合性的护理。比较两组的临床疗效、细菌清除效果、不良反应发生情况、护理满意度。结果 在临床疗效、细菌清除、不良反应、护理满意度等方面,观察组与对照组比较差异显著,均有统计学意义。结论 在下呼吸道感染应用口服抗生素治疗的过程中,配合采用针对性、综合性的护理措施,能达到更高的临床总有效率,提升细菌清除效果,有利于减少不良反应,提高患者的护理满意度,应用效果十分理想。

Objective To analyze nursing effect of oral antibiotics on lower respiratory tract infection.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with Lower respiratory tract infection from May 2020 to May 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 43 cases in each group.All patients were treated with oral antibiotics,control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with targeted and comprehensive nursing.Clinical effect,bacterial clearance,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results There was significant difference in clinical effect,bacterial clearance,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree between observation group and control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion During application of oral antibiotics in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection,targeted and comprehensive nursing measures can achieve higher clinical total effective rate,improve effect of bacteria removal,reduce adverse reactions and improve satisfaction degree of patients,which has ideal application effect.
