鼻腔冲洗在急、慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Nasal Cavity Irrigation in Treatment of Acute and Chronic Sinusitis

目的 探讨鼻腔冲洗在急、慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的临床疗效及可行性。方法 将2021年1月-2022年12月在本院五官科治疗的128例急、慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,每组64例。对照组使用头孢唑林钠治疗,观察组加用鼻腔冲洗治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、各项评分、血清炎症因子、生活质量。结果 观察组治疗有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的79.69%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、Lund-Kennedy评分、SNOY-20评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眼部症状、鼻部症状、非鼻部症状、情感反应、行为问题、睡眠等RQLQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 鼻腔冲洗在急性鼻窦炎和慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解症状,减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and feasibility of nasal irrigation in treatment of acute and chronic Sinusitis.Methods The paper chose 128 patients with acute and chronic sinusitis in department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with cefazolin sodium,observation group with nasal irrigation.Clinical effect,scores,serum inflammatory factors and life quality between two groups were compared.Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 96.88%,significantly higher than 79.69%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS pain scores,Lund Kennedy scores and SNOY-20 scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,average levels of CRP,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6 in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,RQLQ scores of eye symptoms,nasal symptoms,non nasal symptoms,emotional reactions,behavioral problems and sleep in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal irrigation can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of acute sinusitis and chronic sinusitis,can alleviate symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve life quality of patients effectively.
