中医药与口服激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的有效性及复发率Meta分析研究

Meta Analysis Research of Effect and Recurrence Rate of Chinese Medicine and Oral Hormone in Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis

目的 系统评价中医药与口服激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的有效性及复发率。方法 利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、Pubmed、Science Direct找出关于中医药与口服激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果的文献。检索时限为2010年1月-2019年10月。筛选符合标准的RCT文献进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入24篇研究,共1522例受试者。Meta分析结果显示:中医药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效、复发率控制,均优于单纯口服激素对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 中医药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效优于单纯口服激素治疗,并且能减少临床复发率,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate effect and recurrence rate of traditional Chinese medicine and oral hormone for subacute thyroiditis systematically.Methods The paper retrieved CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,Pubmed,Science Direct by computer to find clinical randomized controlled trial literature of Chinese medicine and oral hormone in treatment of subacute thyroiditis from January 2010 to October 2019,and screened RCT literature meeting standards for meta-analysis.Results 24 studies were included,with 1522 subjects.Meta analysis showed clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of subacute thyroiditis and control of recurrence rate was better than control group with oral hormone only,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion Chinese medicine can achieve better clinical effect in treatment of subacute thyroiditis than oral hormone therapy only,can reduce clinical recurrence rate,which is worthy of further development and promotion.
