杞菊地黄汤加减结合西药治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Modified Lycci Rehmannia Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Gestational Hypertension

目的 评价杞菊地黄汤加减结合西药治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果。方法 选择2019年2月-2022年2月本院妊娠期高血压患者100例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。两组均行常规西药治疗,观察组额外采纳杞菊地黄汤加减治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、妊娠结局、不良反应及并发症发生率,并获得治疗效果分级结果等。结果 治疗后,观察组的平均动脉压、尿微量清蛋白、β2-微球蛋白、舒张压、收缩压、心率等指标比对照组低,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩发生率较对照组高,胎头吸引、产钳助产、剖宫产等发生率较对照组低,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的恶心、头痛、胎心窘迫、低蛋白血症等不良反应及并发症发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总效果较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 针对妊娠期高血压疾病,采取杞菊地黄汤加减结合西药治疗模式,临床疗效显著,能够改善妊娠结局,保障治疗安全。

Objective To evaluate curative effect of lycci rehmannia decoction combined with western medicine on gestational hypertension.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022,divided them into 50 cases in control group and 50 cases in observation group with random number table method.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,observation group with additional treatment with lycci rehmannia decoction.Clinical effect between two groups was evaluated,including specific pregnancy outcomes,indcidence of adverse reactions and complications,treatment effect grading results,etc.Results After treatment,indicators of mean arterial pressure,urinary microalbumin,β2-microglobulin,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Incidence of natural childbirth in observation group was higher and incidence of fetal head attraction,forceps delivery,caesarean section and other incidences were lower(P<0.05).Incidence of nausea,headache,fetal heart distress,hypoproteinemia and other adverse reactions and complications in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Overall treatment effect data in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of modified lycci rehmannia decoction and western medicine treatment mode can achieve significant clinical effect for gestational hypertension,can improve pregnancy outcomes and ensure treatment safety.
