低温等离子手术治疗扁桃体并腺样体肥大的有效性及安全性探讨

Effect and Safety Discussion of Low-temperature Plasma Surgery for Tonsil with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的 探讨低温等离子手术在扁桃体合并腺样体肥大中的治疗效果以及安全性。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月本院接诊的扁桃体并腺样体肥大患者50例为研究对象,利用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各25例。对照组实施传统切除术治疗,实验组实施低温等离子手术治疗。将两组患者手术结果、手术指标、恢复指标以及手术前后生活质量分数变化和术后并发症情况进行分析。结果 实验组患者手术治疗有效率较对照组患者更高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);在手术指标和恢复指标比较中,实验组患者包括手术用时、手术中出血量以及术后鼻腔恢复时间和住院时间均较对照组患者更优,差异存在统计意义(P<0.05);在生活质量分数比较中,实验组患者手术前各项生活质量分数与对照组之间差异较小(P>0.05);手术后,实验组患者生活质量明显高于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率为8%,较对照组的32%更低,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子手术可以明显减少扁桃体并腺样体肥大患儿的手术时间和术中出血量,手术安全性更高,患者术后恢复更快,治疗手段值得推广。

Objective To investigate curative effect and safety of low-temperature plasma surgery in tonsil with Adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Study lasted from January 2021 to December 2022.the subjects were 50 patients with tonsil and Adenoid hypertrophy who were admitted to our hospital and divided them into two groups with random number table method,25 cases in control group were treated with traditional resection surgery and 25 cases experimental group with low-temperature plasma surgery.Surgical results,surgical indicators,recovery indicators,changes in life quality scores before and after surgery and postoperative complications between two groups were analyzed.Results Surgical treatment eesults of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05)and difference was statistically significant.Surgical and recovery indicators of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05),including surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative nasal recovery time and hospital stay,with statistically significant difference.Life quality scores showed little difference between experimental group and control group in various life quality scores before surgery(P>0.05).After surgery,life quality of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Incidence of complications in experimental group was 8%,lower than 32%in control group(P<0.05)and difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Low temperature plasma surgery can reduce operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of children with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy significantly,with safer surgery and faster recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
