阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉和黏膜下子宫肌瘤的价值和准确率分析

Value and Accuracy Analysis of Vaginal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyp and Submucous Uterine Fibroid

目的 分析阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉和黏膜下子宫肌瘤的价值和准确率。方法 选取2021年10月-2022年9月本院收治的30例子宫内膜息肉和黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,均先后进行常规腹部超声检查和经阴道超声检查,观察两种检查方式诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果 两种检查方式的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,常规腹部超声检查的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为95.83%、50.00%、83.33%和83.33%,经阴道超声检查的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为96.43%、100.00%、50.00%和100.00%。结论 对于子宫内膜息肉和黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者而言,运用经阴道超声检查诊断的价值较高,可以满足患者的临床鉴别诊断需求,同时在患者诊断过程中具有较高的准确率,值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective to analyze value and accuracy of vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyp and submucous uterine fibroid.Methods Thirty cases of patients with endometrial polyps and submucous uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research objects.Routine abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography were performed in all cases,and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of patients were observed after the two examination methods.Results There was statistically significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value between two groups after examination(P<0.05).Among them,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of routine abdominal ultrasound examination was 95.83%,50.00%,83.33%,and 83.33%respectively,that of transvaginal ultrasound examination was 96.43%,100.00%,50.00%,and 100.00%respectively.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is of high value for patients with endometrial polyp and submucous Uterine fibroid,which can meet clinical differential diagnosis needs of patients.At the same time,it can achieve high accuracy rate in diagnosis process of patients,which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
