经阴道超声检查结合三维超声对不孕症患者宫腔内病变的诊断研究价值

Diagnostic and Research Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with Three-dimensional Ultrasound for Intrauterine Lesions of Infertility Patients

目的 观察诊断不孕症的宫腔内病变过程中使用经阴道超声检查(阴超)结合三维超声检查的价值。方法 随机抽取2020年1-12月本院治疗的40例不孕症患者,对其资料进行分析,实施常规二维超声检查(对照组)、阴超结合三维超声检查(观察组),实施宫腔镜检查,金标准是病理检查,对比两组诊断的结果,主要对比检出率。结果 对比对照组患者,观察组患者的检出率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 诊断不孕症的宫腔内病变过程中使用经阴道超声检查结合三维超声检查应用价值高。

Objective to observe value of transvaginal ultrasound(vaginal ultrasound)combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of intrauterine lesions in infertility.Methods The paper chose 40 infertile patients from January 2020 to December 2020,and analyzed related data.Routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination(control group),combined with three-dimensional ultrasound examination(observation group)was carried out for hysteroscopy examination.with gold standard of pathological examination,diagnostic results between two groups were compared,including detection rate.Results Detection rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound is of high value in diagnosis of intrauterine lesions in infertility.
