经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果分析

Curative Effect and VAS Scores Analysis of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Elderly Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compressibility Fractures

目的 分析老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床治疗以经皮椎体成形术开展的效果。方法 筛选样本为2019年7月-2022年5月本院治疗的96例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折老年患者,按照奇偶数随机分为参照组与观察组,每组各48例,参照组以保守治疗为主,观察组以经皮椎体成形术治疗。收集患者临床治疗中的有效率、临床指标、VAS评分、并发症等开展临床分析。结果 观察组治疗有效率显著优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组临床相关指标显著优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不同时间内的VAS评分低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床治疗以经皮椎体成形术开展具有确切效果,患者临床症状改善明显,促进机体健康恢复。

Objective To analyze effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compressibility fractures.Methods The paper chose 96 cases elderly osteoporosis thoracolumbar compressibility fractures in our hospital from July 2019 to May 2022,and divided them into reference group and observation group randomly with odd and even numbers,48 cases in each group.Reference group was mainly treated with conservative management,and observation group with percutaneous vertebroplasty.Effective rate,relevant indicators,VAS scores,complications of patients during clinical treatment were analyzed clinically.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Clinical indicators in observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).From perspective of VAS scores at different times after treatment,observation group showed significantly lower scores(P<0.05).Complications incidence in observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can achieve definite effect in clinical treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compressibility fractures,improve clinical symptoms significantly,and promote health of patients.
