观察屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效

Curative Effect Observation of Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Combined with Hysteroscopy in Treatment of Endometrial Polyp

目的 分析屈螺酮炔雌醇与宫腔镜联合治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法 研究对象为2021年4月-2022年4月在运城护理职业学院附属医院接受治疗的110例子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为对照组(宫腔镜切除术)和研究组(屈螺酮炔雌醇联合宫腔镜切除术),每组55例,观察两组治疗情况。结果 治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、月经量、VEGF水平无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各指标水平均下降,研究组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各性激素指标无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各性激素指标均改善,研究组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05);研究组复发率低于对照(P<0.05)。结论 在应用宫腔镜切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的基础上使用屈螺酮炔雌醇可改善性激素水平,抑制子宫内膜增生,不会增加不良反应的同时还能降低后期复发率,可推荐引入使用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of drospirone ethinylestradiol combined with hysteroscopy in treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with endometrial polyp in Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College affiliated hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 as study subjects and divided them into control group(with hysteroscopic resection)and study group(with drospirone ethinylestradiol combined with hysteroscopic resection)randomly,55 cases in each group.Treatment status of both groups was observed.Results There was no difference in endometrial thickness,menstrual volume and VEGF levels between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of all indicators in both groups decreased,with greater decrease in study group(P<0.05).There was no difference in sexual hormone indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all sexual hormone indicators in both groups improved,with greater improvement in study group(P<0.05).There was no difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Recurrence rate in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion on the basis of hysteroscopic resection for endometrial polyp,drospirone Ethinylestradiol can improve level of sex hormones,inhibit endometrial hyperplasia with on increase adverse reactions,reduce recurrence rate in the later period,which can be recommended in application.
