三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗痰浊阻肺型哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Three Kinds of Seeds for the Aged and Erchen Decoction on Asthma Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Overlap Syndrome of Phlegm Obstruction Type

目的 探讨对痰浊阻肺型哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者施以三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年6月-2022年6月收治的60例痰浊阻肺型哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法进行组别划分,以对照组和观察组呈现,每组各30例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗,经分组治疗干预后对两个组别所得肺功能状况测定值、6min步行距离和SGRQ评分、CAT评分和ACT评分测验值、中医证候评分测验值、炎症水平观测值加以分析和比较。结果 治疗后,各组肺功能项目均表现为上升,且观察组更突出(P<0.05)。在治疗事项完成后,观察组患者6min步行距离更长,SGRQ评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CAT评测验值均下降,ACT评分均上升,但观察组均更为突出;治疗后,两组炎症因子水平测验值均下降,观察组更为突出,经对两组的不良反应率观测,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对痰浊阻肺型哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者施以三子养亲汤合二陈汤加减治疗,可对肺功能起到良好改善效果,有效缓解病情症状,降低炎性水平,促进病情好转,患者不良反应少,安全性有保证。

Objective To explore effect of modified three kinds of seeds for the aged and erchen decoction for patients with asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome of phlegm obstruction type.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome of phlegm obstruction type from June 2020 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly with computer based randomization method,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with modified three kinds of seeds for the aged and erchen decoction on the basis of control group.After grouping treatment intervention,lung function status,6-minute walking distance and SGRQ scores,CAT scores and ACT scores test values,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores test values,and inflammation level observation values were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment,measured values of lung function items in all groups increased,that of observation group was more prominent(P<0.05).6-minute walking distance and SGRQ scores between two groups showed,distance in observation group was longer,SGRQ scores test value was lower,difference showed P<0.05.After various treatment tasks,CAT evaluation values of both groups decreased and ACT scores increased,those of observation group were more prominent.After treatment plan,inflammatory factor level test values of both groups decreased,those of observation group were more prominent.Adverse reaction incidence of observation group was lower,(P<0.05).Conclusion Three kinds of seeds for the aged and erchen decoction can improve lung function,alleviate symptoms,reduce inflammatory levels,and promote improvement of patients with overlapping syndrome of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectively,with fewer adverse reactions and guaranteed safety.
