阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察及TNF-α、IL-6水平影响分析

Effect Observation of Azithromycin Combined with Anisodamine on Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia and Effect Analysis of TNF-αand IL-6 Levels

目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果观察及TNF-α、IL-6水平影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年5月本院收治的60例小儿支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,严格按照随机分组方式将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组采用阿奇霉素干预,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱,对比两组的治疗效果、炎症因子水平以及恢复情况。结果 观察组的总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的恢复时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素与山莨菪碱联合干预小儿支原体肺炎,有助于缓解疾病相关症状,缩短疾病恢复时间,降低体内炎性因子的水平,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To analyze curative effect of azithromycin combined with anisodamine intervention in treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,and analyze its effect on TNF-αand IL-6.Methods The paper chose 60 cases of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to random grouping method,namely,30 cases in each group,inclduing control group(treated with azithromycin intervention)and observation group(with azithromycin combined with anisodamine).Curative effect,inflammatory factor level and recovery was compared between two groups.Results with observation indicator of curative effect between two groups,total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Inflammatory factors levels in observation group were lower than control group after treatment,(P<0.05).Recovery status comparison between two groups showed,recovery time in observation group was shorter than control group after treatment,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined intervention of azithromycin and anisodamine can alleviate disease related symptoms,shorten disease recovery time,and reduce inflammatory factors level of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,which has high clinical value.
