气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗术治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Tracheoscopic Sputum Aspiration Combined with Pulmonary Lavage for Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的 观察气管镜吸痰结合肺泡灌洗术在社区获得性肺炎中的治疗效果。方法 病例收集时间选取在2021年1月-2022年10月,共选取40例社区获得性肺炎患者。上述患者全部接受气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗,将患者治疗前后炎性因子水平、血气指标、肺功能指标进行对比和分析。结果 在炎症因子比较中,治疗后中性粒细胞(NE)水平和白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、降钙素(PCT)水平、血沉(ESR)水平全部低于治疗前,数据对比有意义(P<0.05);在血气指标比较中,氧饱和度(SO_(2))指标和动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))指标在治疗后高于治疗前,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于治疗前,数据统计有意义(P<0.05);在肺功能指标比较中,治疗后各项肺功能指标同样高于治疗前,数据存在对比性(P<0.05)。结论 气管镜吸痰+肺泡灌洗术可以显著提高社区获得性肺炎患者的治疗效果,将患者肺功能指标提高,并将炎性因子水平予以降低,治疗手段值得推广。

Objective To observe curative effect of bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage for community acquired pneumonia.Methods The paper chose a total of 40 patients with community-acquired pneumonia from January 2021 to October 2022,treated with bronchoscopic sputum aspiration combined with alveolar lavage treatment.Levels of inflammatory factors,blood gas indicators and lung function indicators were compared and analyzed between two groups before and after treatment.Results Comparison of inflammatory factors showed,levels of neutrophil(NE),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),Calcitonin(PCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)after treatment were lower than before treatment,data comparison was significant(P<0.05).for gas indicators,indicators of oxygen saturation(SO_(2))and arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO_(2))were higher after treatment than before,while partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO_(2))was lower before treatment,indicating significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of lung function indicators showed,after treatment,lung function indicators were higher than before treatment,data showed comparability(P<0.05).Conclusion Tracheoscopy combined with alveolar lavage can improve treatment effect of community acquired pneumonia patients significantly,improve lung function indicators and reduce inflammatory factor levels,which is worthy of promotion.
