摘要
海水浸泡低体温症是海上军事训练相对比较常见的一种特殊病理状态,也是导致海军士兵伤亡的独立风险因素。本研究通过分析海水浸泡低体温伤的特点,设置海水浸泡低体温伤员复温课程,并从理论知识和动物模型实践两个环节进行教学,以提升受训学员的理论及实践水平,以及常用复温方法的应用效果。
Seawater immersion hypothermia is relatively common special pathological state in maritime military training,and an independent risk factor for casualties of naval soldiers.The study analyzes characteristics of hypothermic injuries caused by seawater immersion,sets up rewarming course for hypothermic injuries caused by seawater immersion,and carries on teaching from two aspects of theoretical knowledge and animal model practice,to improve theoretical and practical level of trainees and application effect of commonly used rewarming methods.
