多元文化护理模式在外籍病人护患沟通中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Multicultural Nursing Model in Nurse-patient Communication for Foreign Patients

目的 探讨多元文化护理模式在外籍病人护患沟通中的效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年3月在医院住院治疗的72例外籍病人作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组实施常规护理服务;观察组在对照组基础上实施多元文化护理模式。评价两组患者护理前后不良情绪(焦虑、抑郁),记录两组患者治疗配合度和住院时间以及护理纠纷情况,对两组患者的护理满意度情况进行调查和求证,并且对其生活质量和护理治疗进行调查和求证。结果 护理后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组外籍患者护理期间配合度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在环境舒适度评分、个人隐私保密度评分、流程通畅度评分、项目宣教评分以及总分方面,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的SF-36各项评分相差不大(P>0.05);护理后,SF-36各项评分对比,观察组更优,具有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论 多元文化护理模式应用于外籍病人护患沟通中具有显著效果,能够有效满足外籍患者对护理服务的需求,缓解其不良情绪,提高其配合度,进而促进其康复,缩短住院时间,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore effect of multicultural nursing models in nurse-patient communication for foreign patients.Methods The paper chose 72 foreign patients hospitalized in hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 36 cases in control group and 36 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with routine nursing services,and observation group with multicultural nursing model on the basis of control group.Adverse emotions(anxiety,depression)was evaluated between two groups before and after nursing,treatment cooperation,length of stay,and nursing disputes were recorded between two groups,nursing satisfaction degree,life quality and nursing treatment was investigated and verified between two groups.Results After nursing,anxiety and depression scores of two groups were lower than before nursing,those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Cooperation scores of foreign patients in observation group during nursing period were(96.35±6.88)points,significantly higher than(90.14±3.75)points in control group,P<0.05.Average length of stay in observation group was(4.24±0.56)days,significantly shorter than(6.72±1.14)days in control group,P<0.05.Satisfaction degree in observation group with nursing services was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Environmental comfort scores,personal privacy density scores,process smoothness scores,project education scores,and total scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SF-36 scores in observation group were higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Multicultural nursing model can achieve significant effect in nurse-patient communication for foreign patients,can meet nursing service needs of foreign patients effectively,alleviate their negative emotions,improve cooperation,promote recovery,shorten length of stay,and improve satisfaction degree of patients.
