高职高专院校医学专业临床教学基地建设现状

Construction Status of Clinical Teaching Base for Medical Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职高专院校医学专业临床教学基地建设对提高医学生临床操作技能、改善教学条件、提升医学职业教育教学水平、培养高素质技能型应用型复合人才至关重要。本文通过指出高职高专院校医学专业临床教学基地建设的重要性,分析高职高专院校医学专业临床教学基地建设和管理现状存在的问题,如临床教学基地的同质化问题、临床教学基地教学水平参差不齐与教学设施不够完善、临床教学基地管理机制滞后等,并提出高职高专院校医学专业临床教学基地建设与管理,需加强临床教学基地教学质量同质化建设、提升临床教学基地教学水平、改善教学设施及完善教学基地管理机制等,从而推动临床教学基地建设的健康发展,提高高职高专医学人才培养质量,更好地服务于社会。

The construction of clinical teaching base for medical specialty in higher vocational colleges is very important to improve the clinical operation skills of medical students,improve the teaching conditions,enhance the teaching level of medical vocational education,and cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.This paper points out the importance of the construction of clinical teaching base of medical specialty in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the existing problems in the construction and management of clinical teaching base of medical specialty in higher vocational colleges,such as the homogeneity of clinical teaching base,uneven teaching level of clinical teaching base and imperfect teaching facilities,clinical teaching base management mechanism lag,etc.In order to promote the healthy development of clinical teaching base construction,improve the quality of medical personnel training and better serve the society,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching quality homogeneity of clinical teaching base,enhance the teaching level of clinical teaching base,improve teaching facilities and perfect the management mechanism of teaching base,etc.
