企业生产中伺服阀零件加工生产线优化措施

摘要 文章围绕制造企业组建基于结构特征、共性加工需求的伺服阀零件加工单元化生产线所开展的相关工作,重点论述了在该条企业生产线建设过程中,如何通过合理制订建线目标、优化工艺流程、梳理关键技术、组建制造单元、调整优化布局、完善细化工艺技术文件和管理制度、研制生产制造执行系统等一系列生产线建设工作,解决伺服阀零件加工技术瓶颈,实现均衡生产,有效提升管控手段,最终实现大幅提高伺服阀零件加工能力的建线目标。 This article focuses on the relevant work of establishing a servo valve parts processing unit production line based on structural characteristics and common processing requirements for manufacturing enterprises.It focuses on how to reasonably establish line construction goals,optimize process flow,sort out key technologies,establish manufacturing units,adjust and optimize layout,improve and refine process technology documents and management systems during the construction process of this enterprise's production line Develop a series of production line construction work such as manufacturing execution system,solve the bottleneck of servo valve parts processing technology,achieve balanced production,effectively improve control measures,and ultimately achieve the goal of significantly improving the processing capacity of servo valve parts.
