腰椎间盘突出症患者应用针灸推拿联合康复训练的效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:研究针灸推拿联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的效果。方法:选取本院于2019年9月至2021年9月收治的88例LDH患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例),对照组行康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行针灸联合推拿治疗,对比疗效、腰椎功能、疼痛度及炎性因子。结果:治疗总有效率比较,观察组(93.18%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组VAS评分、ODI评分及RMQ评分与对照组比较,均显著较低(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿联合康复训练治疗LDH,可减轻机体炎症反应,改善患者腰椎功能,并减轻疼痛程度。

Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 88 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with massage on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,lumbar function,pain degree and inflammatory factors were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the VAS score,ODI score and RMQ score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of LDH can reduce the body's inflammatory response,improve the lumbar function,and reduce pain of patients.
