循证护理对脑出血患者肢体功能恢复及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of evidence-based nursing on recovery of limb function and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探析脑出血患者采取循证护理方式,对患者肢体功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:48例研究对象源于本科室2020年6月至2021年12月接收的脑出血患者,以数字表法将其随机分成两组,实施常规护理、循证护理的患者分别纳入对照组与观察组,病例数均为24例,评估FMA、Barthel、NIHSS评分及生活质量,统计术后并发症。结果:观察组FMA评分(81.73±7.68)分、Barthel指数(73.12±9.67)分、NIHSS评分(14.09±2.72)分,显著更优,P<0.05。观察组生活质量显著高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,较对照组的33.33%显著更低,P<0.05。结论:脑出血患者采取循证护理措施,有助于促进患者术后肢体功能恢复,提高患者术后生活质量,且并发症发生率低于常规护理,能够达到理想的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effec of evidence-based nursing on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 48 patients with cerebral hemorrhage received by our department from June 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients who received routine nursing care and evidence-based nursing were included in the control group and the observation group,respectively.The FMA,Barthel,NIHSS scores and quality of life were evaluated.and the postoperative complications were counted.Results:The FMA score(81.73±7.68),the Barthel index(73.12±9.67)and the NIHSS score(14.09±2.72)in the observation group were significantly superior than that of control group,P<0.05.The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing measures for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can help to promote the recovery of limb function,improve the quality of life,and the incidence of complications is lower than that of routine nursing,which can achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.
