责任制整体护理模式在初产妇母婴护理中的应用及满意度分析

目的:分析责任制整体护理模式在初产妇母婴护理中的应用及满意度。方法:将在本院分娩的100例初产妇作为研究对象,均于2020年1月至2022年4月收治入院,采用单双号的分组方式将患者分成对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理与联合责任制整体护理模式,比较两组泌乳时间和产后3d的泌乳量,统计两组的护理有效率,评估两组母婴护理技能掌握情况。结果:观察组开始泌乳时间为(13.54±3.12)h,产后第3d泌乳量为(156.83±15.25)mL,和对照组相比差异显著,P<0.05;观察组产妇喂养技能评分(83.54±3.24)分,婴儿护理技能评分(87.12±3.64)分,自我护理技能评分(84.28±5.22)分,各项评分均比对照组高,P<0.05;两组的护理有效率相比较,观察组较对照组更高,二者统计差异显著,P<0.05。结论:责任制整体护理模式用于初产妇母婴护理可以有效促进初产妇泌乳,提升产妇对自身和婴儿的护理能力,护理有效率较高。

Objective:To analyze the application and satisfaction of responsibility system holistic nursing in maternal and infant care of primiparas.Methods:A total of 100 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were admitted to hospital from January 2020 to April 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group by single and double number grouping.The routine nursing and combined responsibility system holistic nursing mode were implemented respectively.The lactation time and lactation volume at 3 days after delivery were compared between the two groups.The nursing efficiency of the two groups was counted,and the mastery of maternal and infant nursing skills in the two groups was evaluated.Results:The lactation time of the observation group was(13.54±3.12)h after delivery,and the lactation volume on the third day was(156.83±15.25)mL,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The maternal feeding skills,infant care skills and self-care skills of the observation group were(83.54±3.24),(87.12±3.64)and(84.28±5.22)respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the statistical difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusions:The responsibility system holistic nursing can effectively promote primiparas'lactation,improve the ability of primiparas to care for themselves and infants,and achieve higher nursing efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.
