二仙汤加味方联合耳穴贴压对更年期综合征患者症状改善作用的探讨

Discussion on the improvement effect of Erxian Tang and its additives and auricular point sticking on patients with climacteric syndrome

目的:探讨二仙汤加味方联合耳穴贴压治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效,以及对患者症状改善、激素水平、睡眠质量与生活质量的改善作用。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年12月医院诊治更年期综合征患者200例,按照单双号分组方式进行平均分组,对照组(n=100)常规西药治疗,研究组(n=100)二仙汤加味方联合耳穴贴压治疗,观察疗效、症状改善、激素变化以及睡眠质量与生活质量。结果:研究组临床总体疗效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组改良KI评分、中医证候积分比较无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组治疗后改良KI评分、中医证候积分均较对照组的低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前各激素水平比较无差异统计学(P>0.05),研究组治疗后FSH、LH水平低于对照组,而其E2水平则较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组AIS评分、MRS评分比较无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组AIS评分、MRS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:在更年期综合征患者治疗中联用二仙汤加味方与耳穴贴压治疗的疗效更佳,可以显著改善患者临床症状,并调节机体激素水平,改善其睡眠质量与生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Erxian Tang and its additives and auricular point sticking in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and the improvement of symptoms,hormone level,sleep quality and quality of life.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,200 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers.The control group(n=100)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group(n=100)was treated with Erxian Tang and its additives combined with auricular point sticking.The curative effect,symptom improvement,hormone changes,sleep quality and quality of life were observed.Results:The overall clinical curative rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the improved KI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the improved KI score and TCM syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of hormones between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in AIS score and MRS score(P>0.05),but after treatment,the AIS score and MRS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of climacteric syndrome,Erxian Tang and its additives combined with auricular point sticking therapy is more effective,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,adjust the hormone level of the body,improve the sleep quality and quality of life.
