数字经济对城市绿色创新水平的影响

The Impact of Digital Economy on the Level of Urban Green Innovation

作为世界科技革命和产业变革的先导力量,新兴数字技术日益成为推动全球经济复苏的新引擎。我国的数字经济的规模持续以较快速度扩大,基于2011—2019年277个城市的数据,关于数字经济对于城市绿色创新水平的影响及其调节机制研究发现:数字经济能够显著提升城市的绿色创新水平;随着地方政府增加财政科技支出和财政教育支出,这种促进作用将会进一步加强;数字经济对城市绿色创新水平的提升效果在东部地区更加明显,在东北地区次之,在中部地区不明显,在西部地区则会产生抑制的效果。

As the leading force of the world’s scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,newly-developing digital technology has increasingly become a new engine to promote global economic recovery.The scale of China’s digital economy continues to expand rapidly.Based on the data of 277 cities from 2011 to 2019,the study on the impact of digital economy on the level of urban green innovation and its regulatory mechanism shows that:digital economy can significantly improve the level of urban green innovation;with the increase of local government expenditure on science and technology and also on education,this improvement will be strengthened further;the improvement effect of digital economy on the level of urban green innovation is more obvious in the eastern region,the northeast region follows it,the central region is not obvious,and the western region has a restraining effect.
