Application Effect of Mobile Pharmacist Collaborative System in the Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy

目的评价移动药师协同系统用于医院住院药房的效果。方法从系统运行环境、软件设计、工作流程及功能方面分析移动药师协同系统的开发应用现状,并比较其与人工调剂模式在住院药房调剂中的应用效果。结果移动药师协同系统可实现摆药的移动化、无纸化、高效化,做到药品调剂全流程闭环管理。与人工调剂模式相比,应用移动药师协同系统后,摆药单数量下降77.99%,摆药条目数下降51.63%,退药条目数下降61.56%,住院药房调剂服务成本减少6.46万元。结论移动药师协同系统能减少摆药时间,降低药师的工作强度,减少住院药房调剂服务成本,实现退药信息精细化管理,提升工作效率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the mobile pharmacist collaboration system in the inpatient pharmacy.Methods The current development and application status of the mobile pharmacist collaboration system were analyzed from the aspects of system operating environment,software design,workflow,and functions,and its application effect was compared with manual dispensing mode.Results The mobile pharmacist collaboration system could realize mobility,paperless,and high efficiency of dispensing drugs,achieve closed-loop management of the high efficiency of dispensing drugs.Compared with those by the manual dispensing mode,the number of dispensing orders decreased by 77.99%,the number of dispensing items decreased by 51.63%,and the number of drug withdrawal entries decreased by 61.56%,and the cost of dispensing services of inpatient pharmacy decreased by CNY 64600 after implementing the mobile pharmacist collaboration system.Conclusion The mobile pharmacist collaboration system can reduce the time of dispensing,the working intensity of pharmacists,the dispensing service cost of inpatient pharmacy,realize the fine management of drug withdrawal information,and improve work efficiency.
