摘要
针对一起电站锅炉除渣机摆臂断裂失效案例,通过对断裂摆臂分别进行宏观检查和理化检验分析,探究其断裂原因。结果表明:除渣机摆臂断裂与选材无关,主要原因是除渣机摆臂上的下抱箍与摆臂主体之间的焊接质量较差,存在气孔、未熔合、未焊透等焊接缺陷,大量焊接缺陷的存在造成焊接强度下降,在工作应力的长期作用下,在摆臂焊接缺陷处发生断裂。
In view of a fracture failure case of swing arm of the slagging machine of utility boiler,the fracture swing arm was inspected by macro inspection,physical and chemical test,explore the cause of its fracture.The results show that there was no relationship between the fracture of swing arm of slagging machine and material selection.The main reason is that the weld quality between the lower hoop on the swing arm of the slagging machine and the swing arm body was poor,the existence of a large number of weld defects caused the decline of weld strength,under long-term working stress,fracture occurred at the welding defect of the swing arm.
