某电厂汽轮发电机定子绕组接地跳机原因分析

Analysis of stator windings of turbine generator grounded in a power plant

摘要 根据某电厂大型汽轮发电机组定子绕组接地跳机事件,结合现场勘验结果以及DCS运行监控历史数据对跳机事件进行分析,研究事故原因。结果表明,发电机在失去外部冷却条件下经历短时事故运行,导致定子线棒局部位置过热并受损,最终造成发电机组定子绕组接地跳机事件。 According to the grounding trip event of the stator winding of a large-scale steam turbine generator set in a power plant,the trip event is analyzed in combination with the site inspection and the historical data of DCS operation monitoring to study the cause of the accident.The results show that the generator experiences short-term accidental operation under the condition of losing external cooling,which leads to overheating and damage of the local position of the stator bar,and finally causes the generator stator winding grounding trip event.
