研究在深入学习习近平总书记关于教育强国建设重要论述的基础上,深刻体会新时代高等教育评价改革的发展方向与路径。深刻理解习近平总书记关于教育强国建设重要思想,高校评价改革要把握“龙头”和“重中之重”,正确领会中国特色、世界水平的重大思想内涵,体现时代性与原创性;紧紧围绕高质量思考、设计、深化评价方案,有利于“龙头”作用的发挥,有利于“重中之重”地位的落实,体现内涵性与开放性;在评价理念、制度、方式方法等方面与时俱进,形成多元评价机制,体现包容性与引领性。

The current research focuses on the developmental direction and path of higher education evaluation reform in the New Era,based on the understanding of Xi Jinping s exposition on the construction of a powerful country in education.To deeply comprehend Xi Jinping s important thinking on building a powerful country in education,the evaluation reform of colleges and universities should grasp the“dragon head”and“top priority”and correctly understand the connotations of“Chinese characteristics and world standards”to reflect the originality of the times;deeply understand the lifeline of education and focus on high quality to think,design and deepen the reform to reflect connotative openness;and keep abreast of the times in terms of evaluation concepts,systems as well as methods,form a multifaceted evaluation mechanism,and show inclusiveness and leadership.
