新发展阶段河南高等教育与区域创新协调度实证研究

Empirical Research on Coupling Coordination of Higher Education and Regional Innovation in Henan in the New Development Stage

基于2012—2021年河南省十八地市面板数据,采用耦合协调度模型和GM(1,1)预测模型,对河南区域内高等教育与区域创新发展的耦合协调度进行研究并预测未来五年发展趋势。研究表明,河南省高等教育和区域创新两系统呈现高耦合度,低耦合协调度的特征,截至2021年,河南省耦合协调度仍处于勉强耦合协调阶段。未来五年,河南省两系统耦合协调度水平呈上升趋势。基于此,提出应发挥高层次人才集聚资源的创新动能、提升人才结构性供给与区域经济发展需求的匹配度等建议,促进河南高等教育与区域创新协调发展,确保河南“十大战略”的顺利实施。

Based on the panel data of 18 cities in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021,the coupling coordination degree model and GM(1,1)prediction model were applied to study the coupling coordination degree of higher education and regional innovation development in Henan and predict the development trend in the next five years.The study showed that the two systems of higher education and regional innovation in Henan Province showed high coupling degree and low coupling coordination,and the coupling coordination degree in Henan Province was still at the stage of barely coupling coordination by 2021;the spatial divergence of the coupling coordination degree level among cities in the region was obvious,showing that Zheng,Luo and Xin are the core and the radiation drives the development of other cities.In the next five years,the level of coupling and coordination between the two systems in Henan Province might be on the rise.Based on this,it is suggested that we should give full play to the innovative power of high-level talent gathering resources,improve the matching degree between the structural supply of talents and regional economic development needs,promote the coordinated development of Henan higher education and regional innovation,and ensure the smooth implementation of Henan s“ten strategies”.
