摘要
研究了不同的颜填料种类以及用量对反射隔热染砂的耐磨性、耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐人工老化性以及反射隔热性能的影响。结果表明:当红外反射钛白粉用量在25%~35%(质量分数,后同),人工染砂乳胶用量在40%~45%,杂化交联剂用量在0.1%~0.15%,与天然雪花白进行染色处理,其制得的反射隔热染砂,不仅具有优异的机械稳定性、颜色均匀度,而且具有优异的贮存稳定性、耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性和耐人工老化性,添加在真石漆中具有优异的反射隔热性能。
The effects of different types and dosages of pigments and fillers on the wear resistance,water resistance,solvent resistance,artificial aging resistance and reflective heat insulation performance of reflective heat-insulating dyed sand were studied.The results show that when the dosage of infrared reflective titanium dioxide is 25%~35%(wt%,the same below),the dosage of artificial sand dyeing latex is 40%~45%,the dosage of hybrid crosslinker is 0.1%~0.15%,and natural white sand is dyed,the reflective heat-insulating dyed sand prepared not only has excellent mechanical stability and color uniformity,but also has excellent storage stability,water resistance,acid resistance,alkali resistance,and artificial aging resistance.It has excellent reflective heat insulation performance when added to real stone coatings.
