Highlighting the Characteristics of the Watersheds and Strengthen the Implementation of Measures to Compose a New Chapter of High-quality Development of Soil and Water Conservation in the Yellow River Basin

黄河水利委员会将贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于加强新时代水土保持工作的意见》作为一项重要的政治任务,突出流域特点,聚焦防治目标,围绕预防保护、人为水土流失监管、淤地坝建设与运行管理、水土流失综合防治、监管能力水平提升等重要任务,推动新阶段黄河流域水土保持高质量发展。

The Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources regards the implementation of the Opinions on Strengthe-ning Soil and Water Conservation Work in the New Era issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council as an important political task,and highlights the characteristics of the watersheds and focuses on prevention and control ob-jectives.We concentrates on important tasks including prevention and protection,supervision and management of man-made soil erosion and water loss,construction and operation management of check dams for farmland forming,comprehensive prevention and control of soil erosion and water loss,and improvement of supervision and management capabilities to promote high-quality development of soil and water conserva-tion in the Yellow River Basin in the new stage.
